Delivery Policy

• Estimated delivery time is displayed on product, checkout & summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and WhatsApp. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. Standard Delivery time is 7 to 10 Days.
• At the time of delivery if you or your known are not available to receive the order, in that case you will receive a refund after deducting the shipping & packaging amount after 15 days of receiving the product to our address safely .

Exchange Policy

• We give our customer’s the option to exchange the product within 7 days after receiving the product. The exchange option is only available when customers face any issue related to size, wrong or damaged product delivered. Customers simple raise a exchange request by simple login to his or her account on our website. We will review the application first and than will notify the customer that the request to exchange is approved or not.

• If the exchange application is approved by us, we will notify you via email and the exchange process takes 7-15 Days also depends upon the stock of that particular product.

• Please be available when the person is coming to pickup the for exchange item, because you can only raise one exchange request per product.

NONE OF OUR EMPLOYEE WILL ASK FOR SUCH CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
